Who has raced there carbed rx1/warrior against the Apex or Attack?...Results?
Please list mods if any, Thanks!

I have a 05 carbed RX1 with carb/air box and clutch mods. I have only raced one Apex on Hought Lake last year. First run I pulled him from the start. Second I let him get the start and then realed him in and drove by. Not sure if he was stock, he never came back.

I've run apexs with 500 miles on them and we run dead even on hard packed river and i've run one with 2500 miles on it. They where both stock(no studs). The one with 2500 miles pulled me pretty good mid range and stayed 3 lengths ahead of me and top end we where the same. I'm thinking of buying the 2500 mile apex (dealer demo) just for better handling and ride. The speed is very close.I have a very strong running RX1 and it has 10,600 on it now.It was broke in hard as it too was a dealer demo lol

They're *very* close. Apex does NOT have a revolutionary new engine. FI basically means that its easy to start for people who are mechanically inept. Apex engine IS more responsive, due to reduced crankshaft weight and NOT FI. Power is very close, a couple of ponies here or there does NOT significantly affect top end. Its really when you add a LOT of ponies that it starts to make a big difference.

What it really comes down to is how the machine is set up.

I think itsreally hard to say unless you go with 2 stock units with similar mileage and run them a few times. I know my RX1 with mods listed below will from start to finish smoke my friends stock RX1. The only Apex I have raced had cams degreed timing done some sort of ECU change clutching etc He can pull me but not by alot seems stronger in the mid range than my RX1 top maybe he is a little faster but very little and down low we are pretty even. All I need for christmas is a Turbo LOL

My 04 rx warroir with ECP kit and clutching pulled higher top speeds than my apex does.. but i would say my stock apex was just as quick as my modded rx-warrior..

as far as trail riding is concerned the apex far shines over the warrior i had..
