On my '03 RX1 I swapped the original 24t with a 23t. I understand that the Warrior came with a standard 23t. Has anyone changed the Warrior gear to the 24tooth and what were the results. I would like to assume that the milage would get better and maybe a little top end speed. I feel that the motor has the torque to pull the taller gear but I would give up some acceleration. Any thoughts? By the way I thought that the RX1 was quicker on acceleration than stock.

It will pull the gear. You just have to change your clutching, and you will get more top end.

I thought that the Warrior came stock with more agressive clutching than the '03 RX1. Do you think that I still need to throw more weight to it or what else?
