Ok would like to know from you guys' if truly are the BERGSTROM triple points with ski savers really worth what they cost? I do understand there are a lot of choice out there but my dollar means a lot, bergstroms verses others, wear expectancy to others etc. If they are going to last as long as most guys' say then they should be the ones to buy. And truly we all drive in different conditions so that makes a difference on all carbides. Any inputs?

They do last a long time for sure. You might need to change the ski savers but the wear bars really last

I think they are a great product for wear and decent handling. However I prefer SnowTrackers for superior handling and great wear and when it is time to replace you only replace the center piece for less money. I have 7000 miles on mine and replaced the center wear bar once and will get the whole season out of them this year also. not always running in prime conditions either. Just one guys opinion...

I am a fan of Begrstrom triplepoints. I bought a used Phazer 3 years ago with them already installed on the sled, and I was shocked at how well it handled. The first year with my new Viper, I hated the Tuners, so the second year I bought a set of SLP Mohawks. Scott recommended 9" triple points, shims and ski savers, and my sled now absolutely rails around corners, and there is minimal darting. I haven't had them long enough to say how durable the triple points will be on the Viper, but based upon the Phazer, they are very durable and you will get a lot of mileage out of them.

I am also a fan of the Snowtracker's, and still have them on my wife's Vector LTX. The Snowtracker's bite hard, but are still easy to steer, and there is no darting. I had over 5,000 miles on a set with my Old Vector, and they still had a lot of miles left in them. They are very expensive as an initial investment, but I suspect that on a cents per mile basis they are still an excellent deal.

Bergstrom all the way. Great customer service. Most of the time Scott or his wife jo Anne personally answer the phone and will spend as much time as needed answering any questions.

I just purchased 6" woodys trail blazers. Not sure how well they'll work but gotta be better than the crap that came with the sled...

I got 1500 ish miles on my bergstroms last year, they look great and the handling was good. Kind of a pain to get the shims installed. Year before that the stockers were totally shot, even broken, in about 1400 miles.

Well I bit the bullet and ordered mine from Clark in Peterborough Ont. ,guaranteed me a life member after I drive on the Bergstroms so all I can do is wait for them to show up and install and wait for winter!
