cat skid in 121 form ?

anyone put a 121 cat skid in a 05 121 rx1 ? is it worth it ? i am going to be lightening the thing up and i here this is the way to go for starters on the skid then put the lightwieght parts on the cat skid and is it fairly easy or a major job ?

i was told they are lighter from stock too stock then you can buy lightwieght parts too lighten it up more

First I heard of anybody replacing a MONO for a Cat skid, you might gain in weight but lose in overall quality and ride once updated.

I tried an '05, and I liked my Cat skid better...but it was probably the way mine was set up, and my personal preference. The '05 was definately MUCH better than the '03/'04!
