Cat skid in an Attak?

I put an 06 mono in my 03 RX1, Yea its tons better than the pro/action but I gotta tell ya my wifes ZR 600 rides every bit as good as my Yammi does, Other than it stinks and is soooo slow, and oh yea it vibrates

TallCool 1, Most of my riding is groomed and ungroomed trails and lakes. I will say however that right now the way it's set up it's the best off trail sled that I've ever owned. It pulls right up and out of powder pretty well. It was in reality Arctic Cat's biggest mountain muscle sled in 2000. Can't be too bad. The controlled transfer for messing around on the lake is just awesome. My test sled since 2003 has been with a very strong running 700 Doo. He has always had the same set-up and this year I finally got my sled to hook up. He was shocked...

Also, isn't the ProActive CK thought to be the better of the two Yammi skids? If so, why, and is there a chance of them putting that skid in the Attak chassis in the near future? Why don't they do it now?

Depends on riding conditions. The CK is better in big bumps, but on groom trails or small bumps the mono is the best.

Fullback, don't let the idler wheel posts impact your decision. There are more people on this site without problems, i.e. you only hear about the guys that have had a problem. Mine were fine and so were two guys I ride with that also have an Attak.

Regarding approach angle, yes, this is the biggest problem on the Attak when going off trail as it likes to trench. The site member Turk has posted some good tips on how to overcome this problem. ;)!
