I have done a search, looked at fich fo hours and am still confused about one shim in the chaincase on my warrior. The shim is very thin and will fit on the jackshaft in front of the rotor. It will also fit the driveshaft between the gear and the beveled washer. I have looked at my friends rx1 and he has two shims one thicker than the other and a spacer on the outside of his rotor. He really doesn't want me open his chaincase up though. Someone please help!

when I open up my case (many times), I use a piece of coat hanger and put everything in the order it comes off. You may want to try this next time.

I actually had everything laid out on cardboard the way it off the sled. When I was finished my 2 year old son handed me the shim out of his pocket and said there you go dad! I guess I need to keep absolutely everything out of his reach!
