What are you kids using to tie your rear suspensions down for radar runs? I ran 111.3mph in 1000 feet with my Apex on nitrous this last Saturday. I was spinning for atleast half the track, I only had 144 trail studs. I plan on studding the bejesus out of it for next time and want to know how low you guys go with the monoshock and what you use to tie it down.
Unfortunately they're throwing me in with the 1000cc full mods because I have nitrous, its hard to compete with full blown race only sleds on my trail machine, but I wouldn't mind taking a few down on my trail sled.

I wouldnt use chain, I use rubber straps(limiter straps) also on the mono skid you can loosen the shock all the way shorten the limiter strap and suck the rear of the skid with another strap around the rear sissors,this is also where the fox floats are awsome just let the air out.
