Changing Color

Hey guys, I am looking for the light Blue parts to change my 2005 RS Venture from Red to blue. I found some parts from Rage's and Rx-1's so I know they will fit, and I am down to the exhaust covers, does anyone know what ones will fit my machine that came in light blue? even if I order them new, I looked up my model from yamaha and it only listed Red and Black covers. What year/make/model blue ones will fit? I would paint them but I live in a remote location without access to a proper body shop. Thanks.

Just have yours painted. The Dupont paint code for Yamaha blue is J3852. If you can find a body shop that uses DuPont paint(now called Axalta) they can mix it and paint them for you. The color is dead on. I have painted many many Yamaha parts with it.

There are 2 different blue colors. I had a Blue 2007 Venture and cracked the hood in a roll over, I figured it would be cheaper to replace it with a used one than fix and paint it and I found someone online with a Blue Vector '05-'07 parts sled not sure what year. He sent me his hood and the vector blue is lighter, the venture had a hint or purple in it.
