Changing track on 05 RX1 ER

Hey guys what is the best/easiest way to change out the track on my 05 ER so it has reverse I have never take a reverse case apart and was looking for a couple pointers !!

Take a picture of the outside and inside of the gear case. When you take the parts out stack them in the reverse order so they will be in order when it goes back in. DON'T lose the little spring between the two little gears. Trust me, it will take 1 hour to find it. Other than that, it's not a bad job. Take your time. Make sure when putting it back together you get the shift fork in the grove on the gear. There is a small bolt on the front of the cover in the middle. That needs to come out or you won't get the cover off.

Did mine last season the toughest part was getting the shift fork back in just be patient and dont force it! Not a bad job plus theres plenty of help here! good luck
