How do you go about checking the charging system on a 06 Vector.
I drove the sled all day, & made different stops durning that time. I turned it off when I got home & the next day it was completely dead. Put a charger on it for 3 minutes & it started up. I know it could be the battery but I want to make sure before spending 100.00 plus on a new battery.

I dont know the specifics of that sled but put a volt meter across the bat and check the voltage should be some were in the 13 . 5 range when runing hit the hand warmer and keep up the rpm stator should keep up the voltage should not drop if so probly the charging system 500bucks for a stator how old is the bat ? my sled would only go 7 miles with a charged bat and bad stator
