if you don't want to install exhaust extentions, brake cleaner will work.

Here is what I will have hanging off the back of my sled, when I get them back from the chromer. I took the sled down to the local Muffler Man and had him cut these to fit, and for the $10.00 they charged me I think I did really well. 
These will be on the back with Cubby's chrome cover's and my already chromed cap's and bumper. I have it all together with the caps held on by 1 screw for now just to get an idea of what it's going to look like. and I think these tip's are going to be great. The reason I am turning them down is that my full race exhaust from R/T is so loud when your on the sled, that I figured if I turned it down it would take the noise off the back of my helmet. I know cubby is going to like it, because it's all chrome from the tunnel to the covers to the cap's and then the tip's. Let me know what you guy's think, I will post pictures when I'm all done with the final install.

Yo guys, I have been looking at these tips on the pictures and I DO like how Yooper's looks but I noticed his follow the existing exhaust pipes and the way they bend down. But SISCAKIDD's flow out straight and in line with the plastic cover and the tips. I am guessing SISCAKIDD cut his exhaust back a little to get to the straight part of the exhaust pipe or he heated up the existing exhaust pipe and bent it to be straight. I was wondering how those turn downs of Yamanator's will look better, straight out and slightly upward or out parallel with the horizon.0
And I just came up with a real cool idea in my head just now that might look pretty cool. A 4 inch steel pipe fits right over the plastic pieces like an original Yamaha tip (cone) does. Hmmmm. A 4 inch chromed pipe with a balogna cut at the back would look different................Cubby

That would look sweet, it would have the the set screws on the inside right? It would be best if you had an a loud aftermarket exhaust.
