After sitting for months, our terminals and connections get tarnished & corroded even on the tight contact points. I don't even attempt first fire until the connections are cleaned.

They're supposed to look like this.

Not this.

A rotary tool, with a wire brush, works great.

Clean contact points mean full power when it's time to turn the key.

While in season, be sure to check how tight the connections are. They can, and will, loosen on their own.

Now how about some snow?

Nice work. Have you considered smearing diaelectric grease on it to minimize corrosion?
I have mine all lathered up and they seem fine.
MS
2nd on the dialectic grease. I put this special grease on all the multipin connections to keep moisture out and prevent oxidation.

X3 on the dielectric grease, must have stuff.

I may revisit dielectric grease, or other coatings, on Top of the connections. It may ward off the fuzzy stuff that grows over time. Thanks.
