Clearing cobra track and pics

I just put a new cobra 1.352 track on with 144 picks, I was told by a Yamaha dealer to add extra protecters to the top of the tunnel to keep the picks from hitting the exhaust and now the track lugs wont clear up top. What do I have to do to make this track clear?

'06, and yeah

No need for additional protectors. We run 1.450" studs in a Cobra with no issues, just make sure the track is not too loose.
