I just finished fully clipping my track, and a few of the flat clips that I installed are not perfectly flush with the track. I think this happened because I had a bad angle on the clip. Is this ok, or do I need to remove and re-clip those few?

Yeah same thing happened to me, I just did mine. I just took a hammer to them and pounded them down. It worked but I'm sure it's not the right move. :drink:

So it worked pretty good? I thought about it, but wasn't sure. It seems if you don't get the perfect angle, the clips lift a little.

Hey whatever works huh. I was going to finish clipping my ripsaw, cut out the windows to run extros but ulmer told me id be fine running it the way it is w/out boost. With all windows cut out and the clips that are on it stock that is....

I did do the hammer thing as well after Revster suggested it. For the most part, it worked, but there are a few that I couldn't get to sit flush. I think it will be fine. The reason I clipped it is, my drivers were getting marred up and I wanted to extend my hyfax life a little.

Well lets not classify it as a suggestion! LOL

I think once they have the weight of the sled rolling over them they will find themselves sitting flap.

I'm going to keep an eye on mine and if any of them come off during the year at least now I have the tool and some spare clips. ;)!

I agree. Once some weight is on them, they will work themselves flat. I have spares as well.
