how much grease should i use in my front clutch? think i had to much in it and was making a mess. its a 2007 kodiak 450cc irs.

I don't measure out the amount of grease. I coat each roller with a liberal amount and then each groove and end with an even coating.

With the centrifugal force it will all fly to the outside any way so just make sure the roller and the path has some.

well i used a level tablespoon in each pocket then smeered some on the rollers. stll looks like alot and like you said it is just going to fly out making a mess. and what about the back should it stay dry or a light coat in the contact points? thx for the help much appreciated. im a sled guy atv clutches with greese is new to me.

Seems a bit excessive but I would grease rollers, ramps and any place they sled with a lite film.

and what about the secondary clutch same stuff or somrthing else?to me if i use greese on it its just going to get on the belt.

No grease on Secondary.... just keep that clean of gunk and belts dust.
