I ended up using neoprene washers that I had laying around, seems to have done the trick I think they should last

Any new updates good or bad with this mod?

Also, are the nylon washers the way to go instead of the rubber O rings?

Any and all info appreciated as I plan/want to do this to my 08 Vector.

I am also interested in this. Before this thread just about everything i had stumbled on was to give up and accept it. Would love a cheap and quick fix to the problem. I can live without it but why not spend a little time to make it better.
