I know I spend hours on the site looking up a good setup for my sled so I figured I'd post what I've used in the past, everything is setup for an 06 Attak, no real mods except 4 bullseyes in the airbox lid, CO settings are at 13 and it's stretched to a 144" with a cobra track

heavy hitter weights
short and long set screws in the heel
small bolt with thick and thin washers in mid
large bolt with 2 thin washers in the tip
oso primary spring
white sec. spring at 3-3
stock helix

it's been a couple years since I ran this setup but if I remember right it engaged at 4300-4500rpm, went up to 10200rpm and settled at 10700, it had good low and mid power but didn't have good top end, I think it died out at 115mph on the speedo

drag n fly's weights
4 washers and screw in heel
steel bolt with washer in mid
short bolt with washer in O/D
long bolt with 2 washers in tip
HC black spring
white sec. spring at 7-1
stock helix

it engaged at 4400rpm would climb to 10200 and settle around 10800, it was strong all the way threw the shift and I seen a max speed of 121mph on the speedo

HC 2 speeds
short bolt with 2 washers in heel
mid empty
aluminium bolt in tip (0.9g, came with the heavy hitters)
HC black spring
white sec. spring at 3-3
stock helix

it engaged at 4800-5000rpm and would go to 10200 and settle around 10700, low end suffers from track spin but the mid range and top end are good, I was able to see 119mph on the speedo

I don't have buddies that are into clutching and racing so I don't know if these setups are the best out there however the setup with the HC 2 speeds I was able to race my buddies '12 Apex XTX, he'd take me out of the hole by 3-4 sled lengths because I'd be spinning, once we hit 70mph I'd start reeling him in, by 115mph I'd be 4-5 sled lengths in front of him, I don't think his sled is fully broken in yet so the outcome might change once he gets more mileage on it

hope this helps some guys out

Kyle

FYI I was wrong with the engagement of the black HC spring, it was engaging at 5100-5200rpm

I installed the short OPO spring into the primary and didn't change anything else, it engages at 2900-3000rpm and seems to pull as hard as the HC black, out of the hole it shoots to 10500-10600 and at full shift it's at 10400-10500, my max speed was 124mph on the speedo

I wish my buddy was out that way I could see what kind of a difference the spring made but once I readjust the weights I'm going to give him a call
