But I think that your belt is so low in the secondary there must be another issue causing it. Do you have the correct belt for your model? Maybe it is not shifting properly due to worn buttons or dirty clutch, etc.
I would suggest posting your question in the section that is specific to your sled to get a quicker answer - there is not much traffic in this particular section.
