clutch sound and low torque

when the clutch is cold no more sound

if I ride at low speed in powder it's coming to does sound and smell

I take picture just after it's sound very hard and totally lost of power

strap look to low in secondery clutch... so I install helix with the right twist...need two other buddy

I install other stock secondary ...it's lot more stiff...it's look like my spring and helix it's bad install a second time...

But I think that your belt is so low in the secondary there must be another issue causing it. Do you have the correct belt for your model? Maybe it is not shifting properly due to worn buttons or dirty clutch, etc.

I would suggest posting your question in the section that is specific to your sled to get a quicker answer - there is not much traffic in this particular section.

Also do a search for something like "clutch and adjustment" or "clutch and problem"
