Clutch weights

Any of the weights out there better suit a Turbo? The profile of the weight? I have been told to unload the heel in my HH to help with faster spool up? So i was thinking maybe just the weight of the heel will hurt some? I see Hartman has some new arms just for turbos?

I dont see them on there web page. They look like Yamaha weights. They are in the Dec. Snowtech Mag. page 121
