You got to put some load on the track, just coasting the track on a stand usually won't force the belt up. My Warrior does the same thing.

Are you "preloading" the spring properly when putting the secondary back together?

I don't know with regards to an RTX, but on my Vector, stock setting is 60 degrees, so the springs are in position 3 on sheave side and position 3 on helix side... (3+3)X10=60 degrees. Turn the helix clockwise until bolts line up.
some are telling me to put spring in #1 hole on secondary sheave and some say #3 hole, which is it....please some info
i have the rtx

Well if you move the spring to the #3 from the #1 hole, you'll definately increase spring pressure in the secondary, which will cause the sheaves to close with more force.
Like I said, I don't know what the stock setting is, but perhaps do a search in the forum. I'm sure someone knows what it is.
