I have just installed a MCX-turbokit on my Vector mtn -05, the clutch is still stock, what things do I need to change to make it work well with the turbo? Anyone with this setup that can give me some input maybe?

Need way more input from you before you get any help.
How much boost?
What altitude?
Your gonna need more primary weight(aftermarket) & a steeper helix for sure.

I am running around 15psi, altitude I dont know really, the sled is stock other than the mcx kit. I have heard a 51 degree helix would work well, but I need more info on the other parts, any help is appreciated.

Altitude makes a huge differnce. can,t help unless your altitude is known as it can mean a 10 gram difference in the amount of primary weight.

Why not check with MCX?
I also know Turk have worked with Vector turbo, now when he know you are a flatlander!
They know what work, but there are as anything else many diffrent setup's that works pretty good, it's just how much money you want to spend.
Just heavier weights, or adjustable weights?
Steeper helix, or adjustable helix?
Trail driving: x %?
Boondocking: x %?

51° helix might work pretty good for you, but i run 48° because i want better throttle response and boondock >90%.
Yamaha white secondary spring @ 60° or Arctic green @ 10° grab the belt for you.
Regarding weights, check with Turk or MCX, the ones you have might suite you, just load them heavy.
You might want a little higher engagement, you have Grn-Wh-Grn now, Yamaha have a Blue-Brown-Blue with higher engagement and softer final force.

Thanks for the info Jan! I was planning to hear with marklund@mcx too, but I was also interested to hear from people on this forum, that have the same machine/setup.

Forgot to say, enjoy boost, it's addictive!
Maybe we meet someday somewhere, i drive all over North of Sweden, selldom see other snowmobiles tho, me and my friends drive alot on untouched snow, it's strange how much less sledders thats out there nowadays,

Turk,

could you give me some more input now that you know I am a flatlander? =) I dont want to spend too much money, do you think it is enough with heavier rivets and a steeper helix? Maybe you have part.no? would be great in that case.
