Clutching turbo for 3000ft

Hey guys. Have a 2003 yamaha rx-1 with a Simons turbo and need help with clutching It has a Polaris clutch on it as well

Also when you change the jetting is lower the number on the jet make the sled leaner?Example: going from 137.5 to 132.5 would this lean it out?
