sled pulls hard to 80 mph , then climbs to 90 mph, takes some time to see 100, clutch engage about 4500 , hits 10,200ish rizes to 10,500 , secondary set a 60, new belt , does squeel at idle, seems faster 0-90 after a 15min brake, belt must be getting hot and slowing me down, i'm sure you all going to say heres your answer, i took the tip rivets out last year to get rpm's up , before that it wouldn't rev over 10,000, otherwise clutching is stock

start by confirming that offset, center to center, and clutches are paralel to each other. if belt still squeels then adjust belt height in secondary to eliminate it. an m10 kills top speed, as well as a 1.75 track, dooly runners, and extrovert drivers. you are probably nearing your top speed limit with these mods, but getting the clutches perfect is step one.

Your springs are stock. You may want to consider replacing them. They only last a year or two at best. While you are at the parts counter you may want to order some new Tip Rivets. Once you clean the clutch, possibly replace some Roller and Weight bushings, and replace the springs, I'll bet your going to be overreving even more than you already are.
I tried the tip rivets out. Ended putting them back in. Then after I got things close with all stock setup, I broke down and got the Stage II set up. It works nice for what I do. But truth be known, there is not that much difference for everyday trail riding. The Super Tips made fine tuning the weights a bit easier, and I think the Helix makes a bit of difference in Midrange.
