CMP Tether Kill Switch iusse

[APEX 06]

So im putting in a new CMP Tether Kill Switch on my 06 apex. The iusse im having is it wont work with the tether on, if I pull the tether off it works. I have filped the wires think that was the iusse. I had a tether on it before just needed a new one.

This is exactly your issue. Changing wire position does not change the circut. You have the wrong tether. I have done this in the past, purchasing the wrong tether installed it on race day with a complete fail... Yamahas are open circut tethers. I have felt your pain
