CO setting 2007 & 2008

Does anyone know if there are different CO settings between a 2007 Apex and a 2008?
We have one of each year in our stable and the 2007 acts like it is lean at idle and hesitates when trying to rev it up.
The 2008 seems fine and revs up more crisp.
I remember from a few years ago that some guys were changing these setting but, don't remember the year of sleds or why the setting were changed.
Would appreciate any help or feed back.

All, doesn't matter what year, are set at "0" from the factory.

adjust to -10 and try it. had to do this to my wifes attack runs perfect now.
