15 is almost always there (throttle plates can't close fast enough with boost) ... 20 is a Baro sensor malfunction ... The one and only time mine wouldn't start was caused by water in the electrical connectors ... I now use silicone dielectric compound on every connector under the hood.

All boosted mpi's will show code 15 (and flash warning light ) , until you start the engine , then it will go away ! ( every time! )
Code 20 ???

Hammer , water in which electrical connectors ?
I would start with the ECU in the nose and the fuel controller connections ... I also used a mountain bike inner tube to make a little rain coat for the ECU ... keeps the melting snow/water off the intercooler from pouring into the connector ... it was easier than relocating the ECU.

- None, looking now!
I get 20 once in awhile. All I do is disconnect the fuel controller, plug the harness in stock. ( Bypass the controller ) Start the sled, turn the sled off, and re-connect the fuel controller and the 20 is gone.
I'll flash both those codes, but my sled still starts and runs. I wonder if there is something else going on there.

Four fouled plugs will also cause a no start condition ... Did that once but it was self inflicted no fault of the sled ... Does the fuel pump buzz when you turn the key on ??? … All you need is fuel, compression, and a spark to make noise.
