I've never touched the throttle cable before so shouldn't be too tight, but will check. Maybe the linkage/throttle body is slightly sticking activating the tors?

I soldered all ground blocks and checked all cables from ecu to connections, also checked all hooses and ziptied them. Still 4.36v, looking at diagnostic atmosphere, intake and temp air looks right
Until I fire her up and touch the throttle and voila code 13/14. Got a new sensor coming but wtf?
