Code 33 07 Attack GT

I know what code 33 is but I have since changed plugs and checked all wires for a chaffed wire but after a good day of riding about 150 miles when we out the next day I started to misfire and got code 33 again!!!! Any ideas? coil pack? should I swap cylinder one with the coil from cylinder 2 and see if it happens on cylinder 2 now?? What would be the code for misfire on cylinder 2?? Thanks
