Code 81

Friend had this 81 code pop up on 06 Attack. He has the 07 wire harness for hand warmers, when he unplugged it the code went out. Anyone experience this?

Usually you will only get a code when there is a loose connection (Usually yellow wire), or possibly when the sled is cold like when first started in the morning.
(The ECU output is very erratic when the sled is cold.)


Code 81 is a minor code that clears automatically by shutting off & re-starting the sled.

You could turn up or idle it may help
