Anyone know what that code is? I get it for a half second at start up. I assume it is low oil pressure. I'll check the oil level. 2012 Apex XTX.

It's normal on start up on all Yamaha's. Takes a second for the oil pressure to build and goes away.

Good to know as I was seeing that on my 18 Apex and coming from an 08, had never seen that code before. When it first did it, I even checked the oil level but then just figured like you stated in that it takes a second for the oil pressure to build and was not an issue.

Only the newer sleds have this, my 09 does not but my 11 does. Also my 11 has a oil change reminder, my 09 does not.
Always love it when you get these extras like trip B my Rx's did not have my Apex does.
Wonder if 11 or newer cluster would work on my 09 with the oil pressure and oil change reminder? The oil change I think would due to a timer, however op-lo more then likely would require an oil sender and wiring.

I don't believe the cluster will work as you want. I think the ECU has all this newer stuff in it and therefore its not just the gauge.

The 09 may not tell you low oil pressure, but it's got a sensor.

Mine has shut down on me at 1st startup when very cold before oil got flowing everywhere.
