Collette Communicators...No answer by phone?

Anyone else having problems trying to reach this company? I ordered a new power cord about a month ago and only received an automated computer response to my order. Still have not received my order and do not get an answer at their phone number of 800-665-7888. :o|
 
Looks like you may be right. I misspelled Collett on first search and found some more info. It would be nice to get some kind of confirmation before I buy new units.
 
I got some 900's haven't used them in 6 years wife just talks and talks was drivin me nuts so i told her they are broke ....All i want is to here my eng. running not her .... hahahahaha....

Lmao that's the number one reason I won't buy them.

I sent in a couple units for repair back in Nov. 10 and it took 3 months to get them back but I did get them back about a month ago and because I had to wait so long they didn't charge me, which i thought was very nice. They were a little tough to get ahold of but they did answer their phone after a couple days.
 
There is lot's of posts on this in the past and on other sites on the web.
We bought Chatterbox X1B's and love them. Used them all winter in single digit temps. Lasted all day then the next. I went with the recomendation by a moderator here who had both Colletts and Chatterbox's and found Chatterbox much better made.
 
Read over on HCS that someone drove by their location and there is a notice on their door that they are in receivership.
