Iam going to colorado in march to do some riding with my apex 121''. What should I do to it to make sure I have a good time out there? It has a 24T top gear in it right now maybe I should change it?

This depends how high you plan on riding.
clutch engagement should be about 3700 rpm
Above 8,000 feet
weight rivet outer none, center none, inner none
change primary spring to orange-silver-orange
drive gear 22 tooth
chain length 68 links
Hope this helps.

Leave it stock if you are just trail riding with a 121. I went to 10.000 ft with my Stock Attak and it did fine it will be down on power but for the hassel of just trail riding it seems like a waste of time.

Where are you planning to ride?
You may want to budget for a rental sled for a day to try out a longtrack if the snow is deeeeeeep.

I do plan on renting a couple days. Want to get sled setup so I can see what it will do. So far changed gear to a 22 tooth and chain to 68 link. I have a cluth kit installed that engages at 4200 should I change it back to stock and drill out rivets? Any advice would help

For your best experience I would suggest that you put the stock clutch set-up back it and make adjustments according to the elevation. I clutch kit isn't necessarily developed to work at higher elevations because you will be producing less HP.
