I just bought a complet moter and put it together and timed it right but # 1 clinder and# 3 clinder has 180 and 2 and 4 has 120 what can I be doing wrong

Check exhaust valve tolerance. Mine was out and had to reshim valves so tolerances would be with-in spec. Runs like new now.
