cool-down cart

Help! I am making a cool-down cart and not sure what the heck I'm doing. Do I want to use water or anti freeze mix? If anti-freeze mix what pump (want to use a 12 volt pump) did you use? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

go to a junk yard, get a radiator/electric fan combination from a car. buy a live well pump from a boat supply store(walmart)connect it all to gether with acar battery.
