I rode Saturday on groomed and very hard trails at about 0 degrees f. Not much snow dust for the coolers.
The temperature gauge was running between 195 & 200.
I stopped and bolted the spray deflectors to the rear of the inside carbides on my Simmons flexi-skis. The temperature dropped 30 degrees! I ran between 165 & 170 all morning.
Also, I bought some Dupont snow & Ice repellant online and sprayed the rear of the tunnel real good. That stuff works pretty well. I would get some ice buildup but it would drop off as I rode.
Two good products. FYI.

The Dupont snow and ice repellant came from www.midwayautosupply.com and the deflectors for the Simmons Flexi-Skis came directly from Simmons. Anyone who sells Simmons knows about them.
