I just got done installing my new riser and putting on a throttle cable extension and now the sled won't start. It was running great before I did this simple install, but now all it does is crank and crank but no fire. I can't figure out what I could have done. I probably pulled quite a few times on the cable squirting some gas into the carbs while doing this. I pulled one plug and it was wet and blacker than I would like, so I'll replace them anyway, but if it is not just flooded with some plugs that need replacing, what else could it be?

If the plugs were wet, then you most likely found your problem. I would take out all the plugs and roll the engine over a few times before I put in the new or cleaned plugs.

I am pretty sure that if the T.O.R.S was not working, it would still start but limit your rpms to about 4000 and then cut like a rev limiter.

I would clean the plugs and try again with the choke on full. If still no start, check the electrical connection to the kill switch on the handlebar.

Could be that the throttle cable is stretched so that you have the throttle open a little bit.... Had that once after messing around with the carbs - wouldn´t start until I found and fixed it.

Yep - It was a problem with the throttle cable! If I had it to over again, I'd just get the mountain cable instead of the extension. In reality with a 3-4" riser all you need is a couple inches longer cable and the little box that joins the two cables just gives you too much cable to work with. I found that every time I twisted or moved the cable to route it would cause the throttle to gas up when I had it running. So the way I had it routed the first time must have forced the throttle to stick at about 1/2 gas.

I also don't think it is really necessary with this high of riser to change any other cables. Just a little moving around gives me plenty of slack.
