Thank you guys !! after adjusting everything and still no better I just bypassed the TORS and put 300 miles on it this weekend with no issue I believe the throttle flipper sensor on the handle bar is bad so in the spring I will get a new one.

That's AWESOME you got some miles on but keep in mind it's important to get that fixed. Did you see that post about the Viper that had the throttle stick wide open, bounce off a houses ect ect. I didn't either but I heard about it.

holy moly that's real scary !!! I have every intention to fix it, I took everything apart no binding anywhere so it has to be the sensor in the throttle on the handle bar wish you could just replace that instead of the whole thing$$$$$ the viper accident the TORS would not do any thing to stop that because the throttle was pushed that way and held YIKES !! I would been scared to death just watching that
