Phazer TORS issue

So was this problem ever solved? Inquiring minds would like to know. When someone posts a problem and forum members help out the OP has an obligation to post the fix. This info will help forum members in the future.

The post I linked to had been lost. I have not had a chance to go through and look for pictures I had.

I can still answer any questions you might have from the manual though.

Thank you guys !! after adjusting everything and still no better I just bypassed the TORS and put 300 miles on it this weekend with no issue I believe the throttle flipper sensor on the handle bar is bad so in the spring I will get a new one.

That's AWESOME you got some miles on but keep in mind it's important to get that fixed. Safety first !!
Did you see that post about the Viper that had the throttle stick wide open, bounce off a houses ect ect. I didn't either but I heard about it.

Absolutley unrelated, BUT, Important for this very reason. Man I had to go through 14 pages of threads to look for.

holy moly that's real scary !!! I have every intention to fix it, I took everything apart no binding anywhere so it has to be the sensor in the throttle on the handle bar wish you could just replace that instead of the whole thing$$$$$ the viper accident the TORS would not do any thing to stop that because the throttle was pushed that way and held YIKES !! I would been scared to death just watching that
