Could this be the NEW 2010 Apex????

In this month's issue of SUPERTRAX on page 13. they say "ther's a strong rumor this isn't the sled yamaha will be using the rest of the year. Could be, there's an all new race sled about to be revealed in the next few weeks."

With only 2 years under the FX Nytro belt, and the Apex starting to get old, could this just be the New apex??

I don't think its a new apex its gonna be a replacement for the nytro, next year or the year after.

I was just up in Twin Lakes area of UP middle of DEC. and there were a ton of Yamaha engineers and test riders based at the Parkview lodge. Of course everything was covered up. The meeting room they were in was all papered up but thought I saw something about variable valve timing on one of the laptops?

i think the nytro is too new to drop, apex is now outdated in chassis

I think they are running the coolant throught the bars to help fight the overheating of the engine and underheating of the hands

How come you aren't running drag & flies as it does not say in your sig.. Didn't you run them last year?

the drag & flys worked absolutely great in my stocker but i didnt have time to play with them in my stage one mpi sled. Blurred vision had a supertip setup he had for sale, i installed them and they work great also. Maybe when time prevails i might retry a set of them in my mpi attak. But for now noone had a easy place to start.
