I have a toggle switch that controls my low or high boost. When I switch it back and forth there is no change in boost. I used to see 10 and 8 pounds, now just 8 all the time. Any ideas? Is there a better, more adjustable controller? As always, THANKS for the help. This site is awesome.

That toggle switch is kind of primitive. Mine hoses were always full of oil and only worked when there was no oil in them. Make sure you zip tie the hoses higher than the jet inside the hose so the oil can drain back down by gravity.

That said, try a hallman controller, they are cheap and work great. Turbo Addiction Parts (site sponsor) sells them. http://turboaddictionparts.com/catalog/ ... cts_id=282

It won't ever rust or corrode, so yes there is a huge benefit running the one with the ceramic ball :-)

Have you checked for leaks or a cracked header?

cracks

Haven't found any cracks but I too suspected a vac leak. So I am ordering Billet carb caps even though I cant find them leaking at 10 pounds. Pressurized system to 10 and no leaks. Blew out vac lines to toggle switch. That is suspect. How does that switch work? When it lets pressure out is that high or low boost?

Pressure out is hight boost ,you can control the high boost with different size of pilot jets .
