how about the track record we shattered on the grass, it was a 4.22, we ran a 4.070 in 500 ft on the grass at 127 mph. the sled weighed 410 lbs. i never say never, anythings possible, and a positive attitude is what keeps you trying, and keeps records falling. btw, i'm not talking about a stock weight sled for the et part of 660 ft, open mod rules would apply, but it would still look like a rx-1. jeff

wow 4.07 on the grass 500',thats real strong,do you think you can get into the mid or high 3s with these yamaha turbo sleds?in 500',just asking.and also what kind of hp can you get out of these engines with turbos and sc?

I have to say that Jeff has taken the turbo RX-1 to levels we have just dreamed about. LAst yeaqr I thought Kip's 130 was impressive, which it was and still is, now to go 151 is unbelievable. Is 160 attainable??

Kip you are one good tuner!! What skid are you running in the stage 3?

lickety split, i don't want to argue, sorry i said anything.
buckeye, kips 152mph is awesome and was done with a stock yamaha skid, i heard there is a run this weekend, hopefully kip and crew can come, parts are on order and hopefully we will better our speed. however i think we will need a light chassis to run 160mph. jeff
