I have put them in most of my sleds. Is it noticable power, No! But they claim better efficiency and around 3 H.P. which can't hurt. As far as putting them in, depends on your skills, they aren't the most fun to get at, but not a hard job to do, just time comsuning.

I asked this same question about 3 months ago. Everyone seamed to say get em. They claim to boost the hp slightly. I had them in my RX-1 and didn't notice anything but it may only equate to 1/2-1mph or 1/100th off your time but what the hell, its only a few bucks and I like to change my plugs every year anyway.. As far as installing them. It was much much easier in my RX-1 that had the old fashioned style flip up hood..... open the hood, theres all the plugs... On the apex you have to disassemble the thing to get at the motor but its still relatively easy. If you have your owners manual and can operate a wrench you should be all set...
