Changing the sliders and found both rails cracked from the bolt hole up at the shaft that the limiter straps go around. Anybody else had this happen? can they be fixed or do I have to replace? Seems like I saw a repair kit advertised somewhere.

I've never heard of that happening before. That reinforcement kit has nothing to do with the rails. Call ADB and see what they say about it. Shouldn't be any problem to weld it.
