Crossfire 136" on a Nytro. Is the Cogg distance the sam

I just put a 136" Ripsaw 1.25 from an 06 Crossfire on my Nytro with the OFT Racing extension kit and it has a constant vibration in the rear. I was wondering if anyone knows the cog dimensions for both sleds? Or what the problem could be? The vibration increases when the suspension is fully compressed during the ride. Almost feels like a rubbing vibration, but there is no sign of wear???
