I had been looking at all of the options for a new rear bumper and couldn't find what I was looking for so decided to make my own for three reasons:

1) OEM is ugly
2) Can't even get a jack stand under it without removing the snow flap
3) Tired of the snow flap digging into my shins everytime I move the back end around

So, this is what I came up with. I found that I was able to add a little extra "storage" with the additional space. Special thanks to Scott at OFT for helping with the anodizing! ;)!

Let me know what you think.

{whats that pattern on the tunnel and grab bar?}

The tunnel is a vinyl wrap - you can check it out in my thread in the "garage" section. The grap bar is a stainless tube with a diamond pattern. I was originally going to use a carbon fiber tube but the cost was too high.

{Is it still going to fit in your trailer?????}

I have a 12' trailer so no issue.

That is very cool indeed. Been toying with some ideas for a new XTX rear bumper. The stock one is ugly for sure.
Good work.
