I had been looking at all of the options for a new rear bumper and couldn't find what I was looking for so decided to make my own for three reasons:
1) OEM is ugly
2) Can't even get a jack stand under it without removing the snow flap
3) Tired of the snow flap digging into my shins everytime I move the back end around
So, this is what I came up with. I found that I was able to add a little extra "storage" with the additional space. Special thanks to Scott at OFT for helping with the anodizing!
Let me know what you think.

Nice bumper! whats that pattern on the tunnel and grab bar? What a great way to keep your drinks as cold as the rockies!

Is it still going to fit in your trailer?????

{whats that pattern on the tunnel and grab bar?}
The tunnel is a vinyl wrap - you can check it out in my thread in the "garage" section. The grap bar is a stainless tube with a diamond pattern. I was originally going to use a carbon fiber tube but the cost was too high.

I have a 12' trailer so no issue.

That is very cool indeed. Been toying with some ideas for a new XTX rear bumper. The stock one is ugly for sure.
Good work.
