I thought I put some positive news out there.
I run INS traction ( Formerly Roetin ) Hornet studs. I get them from an on site sponsor. I have been using them since my 2017 Sidewinder. They are thinner profile than most. I also like that they will snap off instead of bend. I figure they will break before bending and ripping out of my track. I usually break a couple a year and I have extras on hand. They also say they have a year warranty.
The last 2 years I have been riding in some pretty gnarly condition's, lots of dirt and rocks. Needless to say I have prematurely worn out a bunch of stuff. I have also have broken a bunch of studs. 18 by my last count.
On a whim I emailed INS and asked what the warranty was, I purchased in the summer of 2022 and told them as much. I was asked when I purchased them and how many where broken. No problem was the response.
In my mail box yesterday was a package of 25 new studs with nuts.
it is good to see some companies stand behind their stuff these days. I'll keep buying.

Hard to find these days Rich. I will say though I had a Shorai battery I bought over the summer to use in my Waverunner and in my sled. I had problems with it once installed in the sled. BMS would just make the battery act dead. Through emails with Shorai they shipped a new battery out free of charge. They definitely gained a faithful customer in me.

Great to hear and hard to find any company loyal to its customers. If they are loyal to me, Iam same to them.. I Agree 100 %
