This is what we found when pulling off the clutch on this 9000. It also came of super easy. Might want to check it out! Clutch was not going on all the way for a tight taper fit!
The Yamaha clutch is machined properly so this won't happen = lots of clearance. I had a cat 7000 last year that I worked on that had the same issue with the team primary. It was fine until the clutch was taken off and re torqued on - then it rubbed. The team clutch is very tight to the motor.
