cat only has so much building capacity. I spoke with a rep yesterday that said yamaha has sold over 70% of the vipers scheduled to be builtrlbock said:Talked to the regional sales guy during the demo rides at Larrys and he indicated that they will only be selling 400 vipers in MI. If this is true i would think alot of buyers aren't going to get the sled for 2014.

I heard this as well, they are going to be very limited so they can keep the quality up. The Yamahas will be built either on a different line or on different weeks maybe to slow up the line to keep better tabs on assembly? I preordered an LTX SE and my dealer was reluctant because then he may not have any on the show room floor since they will be limited to what they can get, and they are a top 5 dealer in Wisconsin....

I just got a quote from my dealer (Sportline power products in queensbury, NY) of $10999.00 plus sales tax and registration on a SR Viper RTX SE. with tax and reg. out the door of $11813.93 with bag, jacket, yamalube care kit, and 3year warranty I'm ordering from these guy's!

mrattitude89. Wow, the county you live in must have lower sales tax then Oneida county NY. Our out the door price here with a base price of $10,999 would be $12,006.42. Sales tax here is 8.75%.

yes, my sales tax in washington county, ny is 7%
