Difference in intercooler from apex to rx-1?

What's the difference in the i/c on an apex vs an rx-1...I'm guessing the tbi flanges are different diameter than the carbs? If so what are the diameters of both?

Outlets on RX-1 IC are 57mm and Apex is 50mm

The angle at which the throttle bodies / carbs mount is also different.
