Shop around. Last year my dad was able to pick-up a 14 megapixel fujifilm camera for 18 dollars at Best Buy. There are deals out there if you look hard enough.

Any of the new cameras have wi-fi built in so when you get back to the house it will upload all of them to photobucket, or some other site? I hate having to plug it in to download pictures....

Never heard of Wi-Fi in a camera... It's so easy with an SD card, just plug it in and upload.

There is such a thing as a WiFi SD card. It gives you the function you are talking about. It's quite the expense for the small hassle it takes care of. Cable still does the trick. But all of our computers have an SD slot.
